- 26-month health guarantee for genetic health disorders.
- Copies of their fathers AKC pedigree, AKC DNA certificate, OFA hip certificate, OFA elbows certificate, CERF eye certificate, Negative Brucella test, AKC CGC title certificate and therapy dog certificate.
- Copies of their Mothers AKC pedigree, OFA hip certificate, OFA elbows certificate, CERF eye certificate and therapy dog certificate.
-Therapy Dog Parents.
- A sample of the puppy food that they are currently eating.
- AKC Limited registration (No Breeding Rights).
- First Distemper vaccine.
